In the first instance ensure SystmOne is fully logged in. If you need help doing this, click here to view our video and article on this. 


If you're using a new SystmOne account on the Touchscreen that hasn't been used before, this may also be caused because the SystmOne account lacks the correct access rights.


In SystmOne, Amend Staff details, and under the Local Access Rights tab, ensure the following are ticked:

  • Retrieves Patients
  • Saves Records
