To get the Touchscreen Console to check for missing members of Staff you can click on the Clinical tab followed by the Import staff from clinical button. If you still can not find your staff member on the Staff tab then it could be because of one of the following reasons:

1. Your staff member is not marked as a Consultant in the clinical system. When you create a user in your clinical system there is a tick box to mark them as a consultant. This needs to be ticked.

2. The member of staff is in the Staff tab area but they are not where you are expecting to find them. Please click and check the Other section as well the Hidden section. If find your member of staff please see the section on Staff Class and this will explain how to move them.
