If you change clinical system your screen will need some re-configuring. This is in most cases a very quick procedure.
Our screens are currently compatible with the leading Clinical Systems: EMIS (Web/PCS), SystmOne and Vision (Aeros/LAN).
We may need to (re)create a clinical user for the screen to facilitate connection.
Please contact our support team when you have moved over, or on the day of moving over, we will most likely need administrator rights within the (new) clinical system to (re)create the user.
