This article is only for clearing the cache for a surgery staff members Engage Vixie Client.

In the first instance, try pressing Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard. If this is not successful, follow the step below to manually delete browser history.


  • Close the Engage Client/Vixie
  • Open Internet Explorer (either by searching for it, or find it in the Start Menu under Windows Accessories)

  • Open the Tools menu and choose Internet options .
  • In the General tab's Browsing history section, click Delete... .


  • If you have Enage Consult added as a Favourite, please untick Preserve Favourites website data .
  • Click Delete .
