The Engage Consult suite of software is supported in the following browsers:

We recommend running https://lt.psf-live.co.uk/ via the Engage Client for full integration with the following supported clinical systems:

The latest, production-ready, Engage Client can be downloaded from: https://download.engage.gp/vixie/vixie.exe
The Engage Client is supplied as a portable executable file to make it as straightforward as possible for users (i.e. without administrative rights on their local computer) to get started. Just download vixie.exe to any folder on the local computer and run it. We recommend saving to a shared folder so that practice staff can easily pick up a copy to put on their desktop.

Microsoft .Net Framework v4.5.2 or above. Most Windows computers will have a compatible version pre-installed. If needed, download from https://donet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 or above. Most Windows computers will have a compatible version installed.
When the Engage Client launches, if it a compatible version is not installed, the below message will display. Pressing Ok will initiate an installation of detects VC++ 2015, which requires Administrator rights to perform.

The following values are the expected available internet speed requirements per user running the Engage Client, in order for things to function smoothly.
A minimum dedicated 350kb/s download and 350kb/s upload per Engage Video connection is required to maintain a stable video connection.
