On the very rare occasion that a request can’t be uploaded using Engage Consult (or there isn’t a clinical system connection) a request might need to be uploaded manually. To do this:
Open the request
Click the Action button
Click on Download PDF
If you don’t want to upload all the elements of the request you can deselect those elements you don’t want to upload using the check boxes to the side
Click on Create PDF
You can then upload the PDF into the clinical system
