Changing your password for the Engage Client:

Go to my 'My Account' in the Engage Client.

Select 'Change my password'.

Type in your current password and confirm your new password. Then click 'Save'. 


Forgotten your password for the Engage Client:

Open Engage Client and click 'Forgotten Password'

Type in your email address and click 'Send'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. 


Forgotten your password for my.engage.gp:

Go to my.engage.gp and select 'Forgotten your password?'

Type in your organisations ODS code and the administrator for Engage Consult will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
