A recent EMIS update has caused EMIS to lose rights for Partner APIs. This means that the API needs to be disabled and re-enabled to restore them.


Click on the Emis button to the top left of the Emis window, go to System Tools and click on EMAS Manager.


If EMAS Manager does not appear, this means you do not have the right required to access this section. You will need to check with other staff members at the practice to see if they have the rights required.


Select Partner API from the buttons at the bottom left:



Now locate Patient Entry Touch Screen in the list on the left side, click to select it and then click Deactivate Application Button in the top-left corner:



Then hit the Activate Application button:
