Once the set up for Engage Arrive is complete, you will now be able to configure the arrival settings for patients for your practice. These settings allow you to confirm where the patient can check in from i.e outside the practice or within the reception room for example.


A new tab will become available in the left hand Side of the Management Console titled Appointment Arrivals.



From here, you will be able to set how early patients can arrive to there appointments (max 60 mins) and how late they can arrive and still check in (max 60 mins). You will also be able to add text information upon arrival for the patient.



The URL available will be specific to your practice. This will allow you to add "Appointment Arrivals" to your patient portal. More info on adding services to you patient portal can be found below.

You will also be able to set the distance in where a patient can check in from (max 100m). For example, patients can check in outside while parking or check in at the front door etc.
