Setting Up Your EMIS Web to work with Engage Call


To Enable EMIS Web to call patients via Engage Call, you will need to add an LED Screen, on the LED Screens section of the "Appt Config Menu" This can be accessed from the Appointment Book within EMIS


To add a new LED screen, simply click the "Add" button 

Clicking the "Add" button will bring up this menu

All you need here is a "Description" and "Service Identifier" these can be anything, but we recommend using "Engage Call" for both. There's nothing else needed in this section, so just click "OK" to add the LED Screen.
