Allocation of appointments


You can now allocate an appointment when responding to patient requests.


Filter by clinician, appointment type, and date to find an available appointment.


Please note that patients' ability to cancel the appointment will be coming in a future release.


When using the secure 2-way-messaging feature, you can now select the Allocate Appointment option




This will then allow you to select a Clinician and Slot Type


Which will then send a secure 2-way Engage message to the patient



And book them in to the relevant clinicians appointment ledger automatically
