Resetting your password for Engage Client
Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link to start the procedure.
You will be asked to enter your email address. This is the email address you use to log on to the Engage Client.
An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Please make sure it doesn’t get caught out by your spam filter. It may take a few minutes to arrive depending on your network speed and/or the Consult system load.
Click the link in the email to open it in your browser.
Set a new password. We advise to use a strong password, using a combination of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters of a minimum length of 12 characters.
Close your browser window after submitting the password, and log back into the Engage Client.
If you receive the below message, this means you may have a patient account under your email. Please enter your email address again, as this is the username by default, and click send.
It is possible that instead of the above password reset page, you are presented with the login page for Encompass LT instead.
If this is the case, please clear your cache and click the link again.
